Underground Natural Gas Storage - Site Map

Bobcat's new underground natural gas storage facility in Landry Parish, Louisiana, will provide flexible natural gas supply in two underground natural gas caverns. Bobcat will construct these caverns in the Port Barre Salt Dome, and when they are completed they will provide 12 billion cubic feet of underground natural gas storage. Bobcat Storage will begin this project in the winter of 2006, and it will include a natural gas handling facility, as well gas and water pipelines in addition to the underground gas storage.
